Terms & conditions

The terms behind our quotes and our work

Plain-language terms for using this website, requesting a quote, and having Crystal Bear Window Cleaning clean your windows.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Crystal Bear Cleaning LLC, operating as Crystal Bear Window Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to request a quote for a property you own or are authorized to act for. Please don't misuse the site — that includes submitting false information or someone else's contact details, attempting to interfere with the site's operation or security, or scraping it for commercial purposes. Information on this site is provided for general guidance about our services and is not a warranty or a professional recommendation about your specific property.

Estimates, quotes and scheduling

Submitting a request on this site is a request for a quote — it is not a booking, and nothing is scheduled until we confirm a date with you directly. Prices we discuss before seeing the property are estimates based on the information you give us. If conditions at the property turn out to be materially different — more windows, a larger or taller home, heavy mineral staining, construction debris, or restricted access — we will tell you and confirm a revised price with you before doing that additional work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Appointment windows are estimates; weather, traffic and the job before yours can shift arrival times, and we'll keep you informed if that happens. Rush and after-hours pricing, and how we handle rain, are covered on our Service Policies page.

Your responsibilities as a customer

  • Give us accurate information about the property, including stories, window count and anything unusual we should know about
  • Confirm you are the owner, or are authorized by the owner, to have the work performed
  • Provide safe, reasonable access on the scheduled day — gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles and patio furniture moved clear of windows where practical
  • Tell us in advance about known pre-existing conditions: damaged or failed seals, cracked or previously scratched glass, loose or brittle screens, faulty tracks, or recent construction work
  • Provide access to water and, where the work requires it, exterior power — or let us know in advance if that isn't available

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We'll tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your appointment. Recurring or membership service is billed as described to you at signup, and you can cancel a recurring plan by contacting us. Amounts left unpaid after an invoice becomes due may be subject to reasonable collection costs. Quoted prices exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans change — just let us know as early as you reasonably can, and we'll move your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If our crew arrives as scheduled and cannot access the property or begin work, we may need to reschedule the visit and, where a trip has been wasted, charge a reasonable trip fee. We may also reschedule for weather or safety reasons, including lightning, sustained heavy rain, or high winds; we'll get you back on the schedule as soon as we can.

Our work, limitations and disclaimers

We perform our work with reasonable care and skill, following glass-safe cleaning practices — see Glass Care & Safety for how we protect your glass and how we handle debris that can't be removed safely. Some conditions cannot be corrected by cleaning: permanent hard water etching, scratches, oxidation, failed or fogged double-pane seals, damaged screens, mineral or salt damage to frames, and paint or construction residue that would require an abrasive method. We will point these out rather than guess, and we will not attempt a higher-risk removal method without discussing it with you first.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you believe something went wrong with a job, contact us promptly — we would much rather come back and make it right.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — including its text, photography of our own work, logo, and the Crystal Bear Window Cleaning name and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share pages of the site, but please don't copy, republish or use our content, photos or branding for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

SMS terms

Customers who explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form may receive text messages from Crystal Bear Window Cleaning about:

  • Quote requests, including the quote itself and any questions we need answered
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmation
  • Appointment reminders
  • Service updates, such as arrival times, delays and job completion
  • Customer service and support
  • Follow-up communication about your request or completed work

Messages are related to your request and your service. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this consent.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call us at (954) 715-2625.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You can request a quote and have work performed without ever opting in to text messages.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service or your appointment — we will still reach you by phone or email. For how we handle your mobile number and your messaging consent, including our commitment that they are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, see our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that job. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
