This Privacy Policy applies to Crystal Bear Cleaning LLC (“Crystal Bear Window Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to this website, and to the residential window cleaning services we provide in Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton and the surrounding South Florida communities. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide to us

We only ask for what we need to give you a price and do the job. Depending on how you contact us, that may include:

• Your name
• Your phone number, including a mobile number
• Your email address
• The address of the property to be serviced
• Service information — what you would like cleaned, the number of stories, property details relevant to quoting, scheduling preferences, and any notes you add
• The contents of forms you submit, and of calls, texts and emails you exchange with us
• Billing information necessary to collect payment for completed work

You are never required to submit a form to reach us — you can always simply call us instead.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, approximate general location, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working correctly. We do not use it to try to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• Preparing and sending you a quote for the work you asked about
• Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling and reminding you about appointments
• Responding to your questions and providing customer service
• Sending service updates about your specific job, including arrival and completion
• Invoicing, processing payment, and keeping records of work performed
• Following up after a visit about that visit or your service history with us

Service providers

We use a small number of established business vendors to actually run the business, and they may process your information only as needed to provide their service to us. These include our customer relationship management and messaging platform, our website host, our scheduling and invoicing tools, and our payment processor. They are permitted to use your information only to perform work for us, and not for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it, in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect our rights, our team, or the safety of others.

SMS / mobile messaging privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent — neither is ever sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that make our messaging and our services possible — for example, our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers — and only to the extent necessary to deliver those messages and services to you on our behalf. Those providers may not use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.

Text messages from us are related to your request and your service: quote requests, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, customer service, and follow-up about your job. You will only receive text messages from us if you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their job and using reputable vendors that maintain their own security practices. No website, database or method of transmission is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Your choices and rights

• Ask us what information we have about you, and ask for a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP
• Ask us to stop calling or emailing you, or to remove you from our customer list

Children

Our services are offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
