A couple of things worth knowing upfront

Rush & after-hours appointments
Crystal Bear can be reached by call or text 24/7, and we're glad to fit in a rush or after-hours appointment for time-sensitive situations — a showing, a closing, an event, or anything else that can't wait for the next normal opening.
A job is classified as after-hours based on its scheduled start time: before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM. After-hours jobs are billed at 1.5x the entire job total. A normal job that starts in the afternoon and simply runs late — say, starting at 4 PM and finishing at 10 PM — stays at normal pricing, since it's the start time that matters, not how long the job takes.
Rain policy
We work through light rain, and we'll wait out short periods of heavier rain when we can — Florida's heavy summer rain often passes quickly. If heavy rain persists for the whole day, or there's lightning, we reschedule rather than work through it. Either way, getting you back on the schedule as soon as possible is the priority.
